FAQ

If you have a young child under the age of 5 years old, they will begin with the "Mini Tot" gymnastics class. If your child is too advanced for that class at the Head Coach's discretion we will move them into the Little Beginner class when they turn 5 years of age.

There are only a certain number of spots per class. If your child isn't interested or cannot follow coaching instructions then you may not be invited to register for a class. We want to be sure your child likes the class before we secure their spot.

Most gymnasts that want to advance to the next level should work on the following skills at home:

* splits

*bridges

*handstands

*cartwheels

Please be safe and make sure you have plenty of space to practice.

The below skills are mandatory for the intermediate/advanced gymnastics class:

*standing backbend into bridge

*bridge kickover

*backwalkover

*roundoff

*cartwheel

*pull over on uneven bar

*handstand into bridge
